Once you submit the form, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your account to complete the registration process. Technical support tickets are answered through the Help Desk within one business day, however some cases may take longer. If you need support over the phone, contact your Grandstream Certified Installer or Reseller. If you do not have a certified installer or reseller, let us know and we will assign one to you.
